“Change can be difficult but also rewarding.”
Your relationship with yourself is the most important one you have. Building a better relationship with yourself is the work of a lifetime and can start now. I work with individuals, couples and families who feel stuck, worried, angry, or hopeless. I will help you find solutions, build insight into roles within relationships, and discover joy and meaning in your life.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. During our time together, you will gain an understanding of connections between your thoughts and behaviors. Increasing your awareness of these patterns will help you build self-esteem and gain perspective. By utilizing your strengths and the new coping skills that you will learn in therapy, we will create an individualized plan to help you face challenges for a more fulfilling life. I will work with you to make the process feel comfortable along the way.
Understanding ourselves and our relationships can lead to clarity and allow change and insight into our lives. Change can be difficult but also rewarding. Before becoming a therapist, I was an architect. My work there helped me to understand how our physical environment can have a profound impact on us. In my current work as a therapist, I find this to be the same; the way our interior life - our sense of self - impacts how we perceive the world. I will help you navigate your world in a way that fosters confidence, healing, and growth.
