“My main goal when we work together is that at some point, you won’t need to come see me anymore because you will feel empowered to enact change in your life. ”

I believe that all my clients are the experts on their own lives and experiences. My favorite part of my job is being able to foster a compassionate and safe environment to be able to hear all the parts of my clients that might feel difficult for them to share with anyone else. I strive to always bring my full self into the therapy room in order to create a space for my clients to grow into their best selves and truly thrive. I believe therapy shouldn’t last forever- it’s my goal to work with you to help you feel empowered and confident to make lasting changes in your life.

I am a firm believer that treatment should work for YOU, and not the other way around. I pride myself in working to collaborate with my clients on goals that make sense for them and honor what they value to be important and meaningful. While I utilize a variety of proven approaches in our sessions, I am particularly drawn to working from the lens of Internal Family Systems, and incorporating techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you cultivate self-compassion while reworking unhelpful thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Who I Work With

I enjoy working with adolescence and adults of all ages and backgrounds. Although I particularly work in an individual setting, I enjoy working with couples trying to navigate communication and conflict more effectively, allowing you to reconnect with the ones that mean the most to you.  In sessions, you can expect to work on skills and tools that will translate into your everyday life, as well as engage in psychoeducation to learn more about the root of your presenting symptoms.

I have obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Susquehanna University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Psychology from Holy Family University. I have also received specialized training from the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavior Therapy.  I love being able to bring all of my training to work with my clients, getting to know their stories, and through collaboration, building meaningful change.

My rate per 50 minute session is $120.00
