• Navigating life transitions and developing practical coping skills, managing stress and uncertainty, and building resilience and adaptability 

• Building self-esteem, reframing negative thought patterns, and reducing critical self-talk 

• Addressing challenges related to masculinity and identity, recognizing and changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors 

My rate per 50 minute session is $170.00
